The Principal Induction Program
The Principal Induction Program is intentional in its approach and is inclusive of learning experiences to support the further development of the skills required for Principalship within a Catholic context. The Induction Program is phased and includes specific foci related to Orientation, Entry, Moving Forward and Strategic Leadership over a three year period.
Principal Mentors with expertise, experience and skills are available to support Principals in the Induction Process. The Principal Mentor Register is updated annually in support of the Induction Process. Experienced Principals who are interested in being a part of the Mentoring Program are encouraged to liaise with their Principal Consultant.
