Pre-writing activity: Choose a topic that is important to you. Find artists of 3-4 different genres (music, art, dance, film, photography, or literature including essays, poems, or novels) in the Spanish-speaking world that share your concern. Make a list of these artists. Make a Google site that you will eventually use as your final project. Link the list on a page in your website.
Most of the writing in this course will occur after spring break. You will work independently and meet weekly in writing groups via Zoom with Dr. Ballard.
The graded assignments are:
1. Writing assignments that lead up to your final website of 10-15 pages.
2. A Google website so that you can use to share your original research with the SPA program and beyond Centre.
3. A webinar that summarizes the research that you will present in a public forum on Zoom.
4. Zoom meetings in groups (that include me) once a week.
