Evamarie Celis

My name is Evamarie Celis, I’ve been teaching for 20 years, with 11 of those years in virtual education. I specialize in transition and social-emotional learning, and I love helping students build confidence and important life skills.

My husband is also a teacher, and together we’re raising five amazing kids, ages 24, 23, 20, 14, and 12. I homeschool my two youngest, and our busy household also includes one dog and three cats.

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time at the theatre with my daughters. We also love Disneyland and try to go whenever we can! Living in Southern California gives us plenty of opportunities for both adventure and family time, which keep me inspired in my work and life.
