Audio and Music additions to your projects:
Music and narration can also be a real game changer for your videos. If you can add a video clip, you can just as easily add sound and music. Check out the video clip below to see how to add audio, music, sound effects to your videos.
In this video we will learn how to:
Add various audio clips to a video project
Record a voiceover to a video project
***IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have personal music or video files that you want to use for your video, make sure the files are shared to your Google Drive account, emailing will not work, the files are too big to email. Once the audio files are added to drive, click on import, Google Drive, and select the preferred file.
Special Effects:
Adding special effects to your video can be as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. The key is using several layers and ordering the layers properly. Adding in 2, 3,or 4 layers is still pretty easy; 10 layers, now that can be a little more difficult. We have already seen a little bit about how layers work earlier in the training, but now we will focus specifically on special effects.
In this video you will learn how to:
Create video and audio layers in a project.
Add content to various project layers to create audio and video effects
Part 4: Are you Done Yet?
Closing vs. Finishing:
At some point you will need to finish your video, or even just take a break from editing. Well, depending on what you need to do, you will want to "FINISH" your video or "CLOSE" your video. In short, "FINISH" means you are completely done with your video, whereas "CLOSE" means you are not done yet and will do more editing later.
In this video you will learn how to:
Safely save your work in WeVideo in order to return for future editing by selecting "CLOSE".
Complete, FINISH, (this means you are 100% done) and save your video project to Google Drive
