You will need the following things to register your child:

• Proof of birthdate (birth certificate or passport). 

(Copies of the documents below will be made at the school at the time of registration to be included in their file)

• Proof of immunization records

• Proof of address . The following are approved documents for proof of address:

• Rental agreement

• Escrow papers

• Current homeowners insurance statement

• Current utility bill or deposit receipt for new utility service; Gas, Electric, Water, Garbage
