The problem i was trying to solve was that I had to make a personal logo that represented myself on some way. I went through many ideas that involved huskies and wolves but i finally settled on using a deer to represent me. I feel like the design is a big part of my logo because i don't have any words in my logo, i feel like they support the design very well. I am most pleased on just how the way it looks i think is looks very simple yet it stands out. If I could start over and change something i think I would change the animal in the crest to a wolf or something because a wolf is my favorite animal.
The design problem i was trying to solve was i had to design a poster for the star performers. I went through 2 ideas when doing this project the first one I thought I liked but when it was put into photoshop I didn’t like it at all so I changed it completely into what you see now. The Title and Star performers are in cursive because I wanted them to stand out and for the information i wanted them to stand out just in case anyone wanted to just get the information. I am most pleased with the way it is laid out I think I did a pretty good job laying it out in order in a hierarchy. If I could go back and change one thing I think I would change some of the fonts and move things around in a different order and try somethings left or right justified and not just centered
The idea i was trying to solve was i had to make a commencement design for the books for graduation. I wanted to make the commencement degin more formal so I went with a floral design rather than cartoons. I think the flowers i put in the back and the font I used are important to the design because it makes it appear more formal. I am most pleased with the floral patterns in the background of the design because originally I didn’t think of those I thought of them while redoing my design and I am proud of them. If i had to change one thing it would probably be the layout because the way it looks right now is a bit cramped in the front and I would change the font size to make everything match better.
The problem I was trying to solve was I had to choose a name out of random items and make a website and a business off of that name. I tried out many names then landed on the strumming band because I thought it was the best choice. Then I made a logo and looked for a guitar because to me it was the most common instrument. I tried to make my font and my color choices match like a western store or an antique store so I thought those were pretty good, especially with the old guitar logo I thought it matched very well. I am most pleased with the layout of my website because I think it is very simple to navigate. If I could change one thing it would probably be the logo because I really think it’s an ok logo but I think it could be a lot better so that it what I would change.
