Stetson Roling “Alone in the World”

What is the style of your drawing? My style of drawing in this drawing is going for realism

What symbolism or iconography can you identify? I can identify the deer is alone in a world of darkness

What would you change if you started over? I would change the color I would try to give it color instead of shading but keep a shaded version

What do you love about it? I love that the shading bounces of his pelt and shines
