Media Assistant: Megan Nolte
In previous years, students traveled to our lab to have their Computer Lab specials. However, since getting Chromebooks in the classrooms, this isn't really necessary.
Computer Lab is now Computer Time and it takes place in their classrooms. The Media Assistant travels to the classrooms to work with the students.
During Computer Time, students are taught skills such as, but not limited to, logging in, mouse skills, and keyboarding. They also learn about Digital Citizenship and responsible use of technology. Students are also exposed to the basics of block coding.
