• The "Blat Picat", a kind of pot of meat and vegetables, where instead of the typical rice is put large grains of wheat. This dish, very old, has traditionally been considered the typical dish of Villalonga, since although it is also made in other places in the Valencian Community, in the nearby villages it is only cooked in Villalonga.
• The "Coca Escaldades", unlike the rest of the nearby villages, which make them from cornmeal, here they make them from wheat flour. There are two variants, those that are served open with a sardine or nothing, and the cakes, which are stuffed with wild herbs.
• "Good pasta coca", also made from wheat flour, but with yeast, and topped with fried tomatoes or onions.
