Self-Defense

Provider: Mindful Wing Chun

Self-defense by Kung Fu

We want our students to be able to defend themselves against a verbal attack as much as a physical one. We want them to be streetwise so they can avoid dangerous situations and we want them to be able to maintain a calm and present state so they can make good decisions if they ever find themselves in one.

Curriculums are specially designed and updated from over 12 years of experience teaching 1000’s of children in Hong Kong. We use a variety of solo, partner and team activities and exercises to harness the Kung Fu principles for practical life applications.
