The Split Personality
(8in x 7.5 x 1.75)
Plaster,Paint,Yarn
I was inspired by a friend of mine because she has such a hard time at home. So I used plaster then when I got done with plaster I used some paint and after I used the paint I hot glued some yarn on the top of the head to make the hair. But I did have a lot of trouble with filling in the holes from the plaster but then I used all of my fingers and some water to fill in the holes and it worked very well. When I was hot gluing the yarn down the hot glue burnt my fingers but I was fine in the end. I love, love, love the eyes on my finished work because I have always wanted my eyes to be purple. I would change nothing because i’m proud of what I did with my mask but there is one thing I would have done and that is the tears on the right side.

Old room
(8.5 x 11)
My inspiration for this is an old cottage house. I had to figure out what went with the fireplace and I had this idea to do a curved couch in my head. And so one problem I had was to make the couch with the windows. I had a lot more troubles with that cause I couldn’t get the windows lined up with the vanistion point. And a risk was drawing windows but eventually I got it down and then there’s the door I needed help for the door. The fire in the fireplace I think that is my favorite thing in the room that I created. I think I would change the picture above the fireplace. and replace them with an t.v that is what I would I change if I restarted.

The clown
(6.5 x 4.75 x 1in)
My source of inspiration was the It movie (AKA i’m scared of that movie). I used clay and glaze with some details in the face. And I didn’t have any problems at all with the face. I put a big bulky eye and a skinny eye i also used the same thing with the mouth. I would have to say i love the clown hat on my finnish art work. I think I would change the red and orange on my work if I had to start over.
