My idea was to paint a picture of a truck that I persoally enjoy. I got the idea from my cousins truck. I was inspired to paint this because of my love for vehicles. I enjoy being around vehicles because it takes my mind off of a lot of bad things. I started by painting the background in a cool blue. Then I drew the truck onto the canvas, then painted the truck. I painted the road, then the bushes. I ended off by adding textures and signing my name on the bottom. I didn't really have much of a symbolic meaning to me, but I really enjoy trucks and cars. I want my audience to think about riding around in an older truck on a Sunday afternoon. The most difficult part for me to paint was the road because of how much textures were in it based off of my inspiration picture. I just tried my best to make it look the best I could. I dont think I would change anything about it if I had the chance just because of how good it came out in the end. I feel like it would be more of a realism art piece. I think it is unique because I paint vehicles like they are really sitting there and I try to make it look like a still image. I love the way the truck came out if I had to choose.

My idea was to paint the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard. I got the idea from watching the Duke boys growing up because it is a show I enjoy watching. I started by painting the sky color on the whole canvas, then I drew the General on the canvas. Then I painted the General, and then painted the rest of the background. Then to finish off, I added highlights and my signature. This piece of work symbolizes my childhood pretty much because this is what I grew up[ with and loved as a kid. I want my audience to think about what brought them joy as a kid and really bring it to life. What was difficult was getting the roof of the car just right with the lettering and the flag. I just let the brush lead me to paint it the way it was done. I would not change a single thing about this painting just because of how much I reminisce my childhood looking at this painting. This artpiece is a realism piece. It is unique because like I said because of my childhood and how much it makes me reminisce my childhood days. I love the way the car came out.

We had to do a project of painting a black and white animal. I chose an eagle because it represents america and I am proud to be an american. I started by painting the background then drawing a grid on the canvas. Then, I drew the eagle onto the grid and started painting. After I painted the eagle, I started adding feather textures and finishing off the background. This piece shows what I feel is my apirit animal. I want my audience to think about America when thwy look at this painting. The difficult part was getting the texture on the beak and the shading below it just right. I just decided to wing it and hope it came out right. This is a realism piece. It is unique to my personal style because I am an american and that is what this bird represents. I love tyhe way the eagle came out.

I got the idesa to paint this because of my old truck and how I like riding around backroads. I painted the background, then i drew the truck on the canvas. Then I painted the truck, then the road and trees. After, I added the textures then my signature at the bottom. It just means that you can drive backroads and have fun, or to just enjoy the scenery of the backroads. I want my audience to think about driving on gravels or backroads and thinkin g about what they see and hear while driving around. The difficult part was getting the road and tree texture right, but once I got taught the technique, then it all just came together. This is a realism piece. It just relates to me enjoying driving around. I love the way the truck came out because of the highlights and details.

I got the idea to paint a Ford Bronco from my cousin. She wanted me to paint her something she likes. She always talks about broncos so I decided to paint that. I started by painting the background, then I drew the bronco onto the canvas. I decided to make it look like a poster ad for the bronco. It doesnt have a meaning really since it was painted for my cousin. I want my audience to think about how the older vehicles are still pristine. The Bronco logo was the hardest for me to paint simply because of the shape of it. This is a realism painting; I love the way the whole painting looks like it is fresh off a poster ad.
