Use your five sences to calm your mind and body. Look around and find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch/feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
Take a minute and follow these instructions. At the end of this exercise you will feel more calmed and relaxed.
