Instruments ordered with Quinlan & Fabish by August 1 will be delivered to students at their first band lesson. Otherwise, bring your instrument to your first band lesson.

Fall Family Night Band Concert

Band Orientation for Families! Students will be able to demonstrate how to put together instruments, clean instruments, and play basic songs. Families get to learn the basics of the instrument and see how much students have learned in a few short weeks!

Morning Band

Students are dropped off before school to attend one morning band rehearsal a week starting in November through April. Families are responsible for dropping their student off. Cloverdale, Heritage Lakes, and Western Trails students will be dismissed directly from rehearsal to their classroom.  Carol Stream, Elsie Johnson, and Roy DeShane students will be bussed from their morning band school to their home school after rehearsal.

Winter Band Concert

Our first band concert showcase! We'll play with the Jazz Bands, too! Rehearsal at 5:30PM, concert begins at 6:30PM

GBN Band Showcase Field Tip

All band members district wide grades 5-8th will take a field tip to Glenbard North High School to hear a performance from the high school ensembles, including marching band!

Spring Band Concert 

It's time for the annual 5th grade band spring concert! We'll wrap up the concert with a reception, too! Rehearsal at 5:30PM, concert begins at 6:30PM
