Proficiency Scale

Our proficiency scale is a collaborative work and concepts from our department based on the Marzano model for proficiency.  As a department, we looked at the grading goals and rubric concepts from each subject as a basis to our spectrum design.  The proficiency model below links proficiency to percentage, allowing each subject and educator the autonomy to set up rubrics in their own way while still adhering to the agreed upon proficiency.
