Family Needs

Below are some local community resources that may benefit your family based off your needs. If you are unable to find a resource that would fit your needs, please complete the "Parents Seeking Help" form, found on the left hand menu.

Branch County Food Bank is currently open every Tuesday from 10am-2pm, due to COVID. They are located at 22 Pierson Street in Coldwater and can be contacted by calling 517-279-0966. There is a registration process for families who have not gone to the pantry before--if you are not already registered, workers will take your name and your contact information and will contact you via telephone to complete it at a later time. Food will be boxed and brought out to cars in order to limit contact for everyone's safety. Please click the picture for more information.


MI Bridges' website will give you information about how to apply for health care, cash assistance, the Food Assistance Program, child development and care, and state emergency relief. If you would like support in completing your application, please complete go to the "Parents Seeking Help" Form located on the menu on the left and a staff person will contact you as soon as possible. Michigan Kinship Care Support Groups provide supports to care providers through foster care, adoption, or Grandparents Raising Grandchildren. This group will provide a safe space to share experiences and receive support as care givers. Please call 517-279-6565 to get information about when this group meets.
