Listening to calming music can help students relax their bodies and give their minds something else to focus on, besides what is making them feel overwhelmed. This is another tool that students can use to center themselves when they are feeling anxious, upset, or sad. For lower elementary students, this tool may also help in creating a calm environment that lulls them into a peaceful sleep. Check out some options below!
