PART I - Short explanation of the topic.
-What is the topic (explain it)?
-What is happening (short summary)?
-Why is it important?
-What problems is this creating in the world? In your country?
-What could happen with this problem in the future?
-An interesting statistics/evidence/fact (to get the reader's attention!)
PART II - How the topic relates to your country
-What is your country’s connection with this topic OR does your country have a similar issue happening?
-Is this happening in your country or is your country observing this happening other places?
-How could this impact your country?
-What does your country want to do solve the problem?
-What do you hope for the solution to this problem to be?
PART III - Resolutions/Proposals/Solutions
-How the topic can be solved by you/your country
-Give 1 or 2 specific examples/ideas of possible ways to fix the problem
