Raiders Team
The NJROTC Raiders team is our most physically active team. The raiders team is the most difficult team our unit has to offer, pushing the boundaries of individuals and teams alike. Despite being an Army JROTC activity, our Naval unit hosts practices regularly in the early morning and has a history of going out to competitions.
The primary objective of this team is to strengthen its members, teach leadership skills, and foster a strong team that could take on any challenge. Practices demonstrate this by taking place in our schools weight room and track, challenging the cadets mental and physical capabilities.
Our most unique activity is the rope bridge. The rope bridge is a timed event that consists of an 8 man team, all knowledgeable in the procedures to set up the bridge and get everyone across.
