Mrs. Kyser and many of the classroom teachers use these sites as research resources during the year. Dav Pilkey, the author of the very popular Dog Man books, has provided some at-home learning activities for your students. Whether you want to listen to the author read from his books, learn to draw some of his characters, or work on your writing skills, there is something for everything here!
Mrs. Kyser often uses this website in the library with her kindergarten, first and second grade classes. Due to the school closures around the country, they are now providing all of their lessons and videos for free. A new mini-lesson video is uploaded every week covering a new topic.
Club SciKidz Blog - A resource found by Ms. Dance that provides a new blog post almost daily. Each post includes an activity or DIY project that kids can do with their families. It provides a how to guide, lists all materials needed and even has video tutorials for them to follow along with!
