RISING SUN CONCERTS

Here you will find information about the three major performance for students; the Winter Concert, All County Concert, and Spring Concert.

The Rising Sun Winter Concert

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 | Year Two Band, Year Two Orchestra, Chorus

There will be a daytime performance at Rising Sun Elementary at 2:00 PM for students and staff. The dress code for the daytime performance is casual. Students will need to bring their instruments and music to school.

There will be an evening performance for family and community. Students should report to Rising Sun Elementary at 5:30 PM. Concert begins at 6:00 PM.

For the evening performance, students are encouraged to "dress up". Think picture day, wedding, or formal dinner. Festive clothing is welcome. Cello players should wear pants.

All County Orchestra Concert

Thursday, March 19th, 2026| OPTIONAL | Students must audition for this Honors Ensembles

The All County Honors Orchestra is open to any student who wishes to audition.

NOTE: Beginning this year, we will alternate between offering All County Orchestra and All County Band. There will be no All County Band for 2025 - 2026.
