Marcio Iorio Aranha, Ph.D.
Associate Professor at the School of LawFounding member of CCOM. He is an Associate Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Brasilia School of Law, Vice-President of CPRLATAM and Director of the School of Law Center on Law and Regulation. He is chief editor of the Journal of Law and Regulation, and the Law, State and Telecommunications Review (RDET). He founded and currently co-coordinates the Telecommunications Law Research Group (GETEL). From 2007 to 2015, he was a Visiting Fellow at the Annenberg Research Network on International Communication (ARNIC/University of Southern California) and currently figures as its International Affiliate.

Murilo César Ramos, Ph.D.
Senior Researcher on Communication Policy
(Professor Emeritus)Founding member and former Director of CCOM between 2007 and 2014. He is well-known researcher and consultant on communication public policy in Brazil and a retired professor of Communication Policy at the University of Brasilia School of Communications. He was also Dean of the School of Communications and coordinator of its graduate program.
Luís Fernando Ramos Molinaro, Ph.D.
(Full Professor at the School of Technology)Founding member of CCOM and its Chief Administrative Officer. He is an Associate Professor of Engineering at the University of Brasilia School of Technology and Director of the School of Technology Center on Multimedia and Internet.
José Leite Pereira Filho, Ph.D.He has a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. on Telecommunications Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School (California). He worked at the Brazilian Navy and at the public owned company Embratel. He retired as a professor of engineering at the Federal Fluminense University in Rio de Janeiro and at the University of Brasilia. He is a former Commissioner of Brazil's Federal Telecommunications Agency.
