College Board's Advanced Placement Program enables willing and academically prepared students to pursue college-level studies, with the opportunity to earn college credit, advanced placement, or both - while still in high school.

Class Expectations

I ask for each student to bring his/her "best" to my class each day and in return, I promise to be the best teacher that I can possibly be and provide an enriching learning experience.

Grading Policy

• Assessments 60% (Tests + Projects)

• Assignments 40% (Lab + Daily + Quiz)

Retake Policy 

• Retakes for Assessments are allowed.  Students will be allowed to retake any assessment.  The highest possible grade for a retake is a 90% 

New District Policy - Extension of New State Law:

• Electronic devices (cell phones, ear buds, Smart watches, etc.) are no longer allowed.  Devices need to be placed in students’ backpacks during the school day.  Violation of this policy will result in discipline that goes straight to administration.

Final Semester average is calculated:

• Semester Grades (Assessments/Assignments)

• Semester Exam (20%)
