Welcome to Anatomy and Physiology with Columbia Virtual Academy! The curriculum covers various aspects of human anatomy and physiology, including the structure and function of body systems, and the effects of aging and disease on these systems. Anatomy and physiology is a foundational course for many students pursuing careers in healthcare, including nursing, physical therapy, and exercise science.

Assessments 60% (Tests + Projects)
Assignments 40% (Lab + Daily + Quiz)
Retakes for Assessments are allowed. Students will be allowed to retake any assessment. The highest possible grade for a retake is a 90%
New District Policy - Extension of New State Law:
Electronic devices (cell phones, ear buds, Smart watches, etc.) are no longer allowed. Devices need to be placed in students’ backpacks during the school day. Violation of this policy will result in discipline that goes straight to administration.
