It focuses on the foundation, principles and structure of the American system of government; examines the roles of political parties and social factors as they relate to the role of the citizen; and analyzes the decision-making processes that are a part of the system of American political behavior. Grading Policy:
30% of the course grade = Formative Assessments
Examples of this are USA Test Prep assignments, vocabulary, chapter section notes & PowerPoints, and quizzes.

These are summative tests (chapter and USA Test Prep tests) and projects that demonstrate mastery of a standard.
This is a one semester course.

Please, communicate with me if you are having problems ASAP and don’t be afraid to ask for help. We are living in a pandemic, and we all need to all flexible and work together.
