Parent & Volunteer Information

Columbia County School District requires all coaches, staff, faculty, volunteers, and additional persons interacting with students within the school district to complete a background check, proof of identification, and to complete a child abuse and neglect training. These forms and training MUST be completed AND submitted at least two week before the practice you are wanting to attend. 

If you completed this process last school year, you will still need to complete the volunteer forms again. The forms and training must be completed each school year.

Required Documents & Training:

2. Complete the Child Abuse & Neglect (maximum 1 hour)

a. Print or email a copy of the training certificate to cheryl.kershnerjones@ccboe.net 

3. Submit a copy of your driver's license to the front office or email it to Mrs. Jones for processing 

Once all of your paperwork has been submitted, please notify Miss Jordyn or Mrs. Youngblood so she may keep you updated on your volunteer status and provide you with volunteer instructions and expectations upon approval.
