Every four years, CCA high school students have the chance to go on an amazing trip to Washington DC, a beloved CCA tradition of over twenty five years. This trip is a tremendous opportunity to visit our nation's capital and see the numerous monuments and memorials that honor and document the history of our country. Mr. Ringering, CCA History teacher, leads this trip to Washington DC, accompanied by other CCA staff.
This trip is not for the faint of heart. Temperatures can be quite high at 90-100 degrees with 85-95% humidity. Daily walking distances range from 8-20 miles. Trip participants must be responsible and reliable in following directions at all times.
