Company Monthly Awards & Recognition
We provide agent recognition with robust social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. We will frequently post agent awards, and recognition of accomplishments. On occasion, posts will be made to pages of those who have LinkedIn profiles (your digital business card).
Performance Recognition-
★ Top-Ten in year-to-date closed sales (units) and in closed volume. These are top in the company recognitions. Ties will go to the agent having the highest closed volume.
★ Recognition for Seasonal Lease productivity.
★ Other noteworthy production accomplishments.
Congratulations
★ Industry related education accomplishments (including the benefit to clients).
★ CB & Industry awards and recognitions.
★ REALTOR® Association Committee Appointments]
★ Milestones such as years in the business (5-year intervals)
★ Recipients of annual company achievements and awards.
Public Events such as open houses, housing opportunity seminars, endorsed charities, etc..
The “Agent of the Month” Award.
There will be an Agent-of-the-Month ("AOM") selected each month for each office. The winner of the AOM award shall receive 50 additional just listed/sold cards, or a $50.00 CBRR statement credit/reimbursement toward agent marketing expenses (i.e. printed/social media advertising, yard signs, etc).
Points Criteria & Rules
5PM Rule. The Agent of the Month Award competition closes at 5PM on the last day of the month. Everything must be turned in or reported prior to that time in order to be considered.
Points. The number of points is displayed on the Agent-of-the-Month tally sheet. Each credit earns the specified points.
New Listings. To qualify as a new listing the property must not have been listed by CBRR within the past 60 days. Listings must be for the sale of commercial or residential real properties. Vacant land listing with a list price under $150,000 and rental listings do not qualify. Listings for greater than 4 months earn 3 points and less than 4 months 2 points.
FSBO Listings. To qualify, the listing must have been an active FSBO at the time the listing was secured. 2 points.
Expired Listings. To qualify, the listing must have expired with a competing broker within the preceding 60 days. Listings must be for the sale of commercial or residential real properties. Vacant land and rental listings do not qualify. 2 points.
Placed Outgoing Referral. All outgoing referrals will earn the points specified, provided the signed agreement is provided to the Relocation Director. Maximum monthly credit is two referrals. Referral credit will be applied during the month the referral is signed and received by the receiving brokerage firm. 3 points
New Contract. A contract for the sale of residential or commercial real property for either the listing or selling side which survives attorney review. An agent shall not lose credit for the contract should it become a DFT at any point after surviving attorney review. Contracts for vacant land shall be eligible. A contract for a bundled number of vacant/sub divided parcels shall count as one contract. Leases are not eligible.
Closed in-Company Buyer Side. Having 100% of both sides of a non-cooperating broker sale transaction qualifies. 2 points.
Closed Out-Going Referral. The referral compensation check must be received in accounting during the competition month. 4 points.
Closed Transactions (Listing or Buyer Side). Includes all closed transactions in which CBRR receives a commission but shall not include leases. 2 points.
Closed Annual Lease. Lease must be for a minimum of 12 months, the commission earned, and the lease closed. One point shall be earned for each lease to a maximum of three points. 1 point
Hold an MLS Advertised Open House. Earns 3 points for each open house. Maximum of two open house credits per month. 2 points.
Publish a Personal Video containing a brand impression on social media, your website or on company media. 2 points.
Featured Social Media Like and Comment. Each month the company will make a social media post and inform agents of the post via email. Like and comment on that post and receive credit. This builds our impressions to the public. 5 points.
Company Published Testimonial. Provide a publishable testimonial to the company for use on social media or the company website. Maximum of 2 credits per month. 4 points.
Office Meeting Attendance. Must attend the meeting and be present for the majority of the meeting. 3 points.
Use of Stewart Title. Six points shall be awarded for the use of the Stewart Title Company on the Buyer Side of a transaction for transactions closing during the competitive month. Stewart Title must be listed on the Closing Document. 6 points.
Approved Educational Credits. Courses that earn CE Credits are not included. All courses held in the CBRR Training Center or in an office count. Board sponsored courses count. Maximum credits in a month is two. However, earning a designation or completing the broker licensing course earn two additional credits. 4 points.
Attendance at Approved Company Event. Generally credit will be awarded for any live REALTOR® Association (MORR, NEXUS, NJ REALTOR®) sponsored event. Attendance at the Triple Play, Coldwell Banker or National Association of REALTORS conventions, RPAC fund raising events and local office sponsored community events (in which the office participates), all qualify. REALTOR® Association Committee Meetings and social events not specifically sponsored by the Company do not qualify. Each credit earns 4 points.
Recruiting Assistance. Refer someone for recruiting which results in an interview, earn 5 points. Refer someone who results in a hire (the agent who is the procuring cause), earn 5 additional points (2-credits).
Participation in a Community Event. A community event is an event that is sponsored by a government or civic organization/club which is intended to benefit the public. Fund raisers which merely promote the interest of a club or organization do not qualify. Management will have the final determination on qualifying events. Examples of qualifying events include parades, civic days, Chamber of Commerce and fundraisers to benefit a person in need or organizations which do the same. Limited to one credit in any given month. 5 points.
Special Incentive. From time-to-time the Company will issue a monthly challenge. Complete the challenge and receive 4 points for each credit earned. Sometimes more than one credit may be awarded for completing the challenge.
Points. The number of points is displayed on the MVP Tally Sheet.
Tie Breakers. In the case of a tie, the agent with the greatest Gross Commission Income (GCI) shall be the MVP. Should there be a tie in GCI, the agent with the greatest new business volume (new pending’s) shall be deemed the winner. The third tie-breaker shall be the greatest number of new listings.

Deadline to submit completed application is January 13, 2025.
RPAC Contribution of $100 by October 7, 2024 earns 1 unit credit.
Verification Manual. To maintain uniformity throughout the state for eligibility, the NJ REALTORS® Requires all local boards to strictly adhere to the verification procedures in this manual.

There are two ways to earn the award:
The Dollar & Unit Method calculates both quantity of transactions, as well as the dollar value of those transactions;
The Strictly Unit Method only counts the quantity of transactions.
Each closed listing and sale is worth 1 unit and the full dollar value the transaction closed for.
Rentals of one year or more are worth 1 unit and the gross value of the rental agreement.
Rentals of less than one year are worth 1 unit for every 10 transactions and the gross value of the rental agreement..
Dual agents may earn a unit for each side of a transaction.
Each closed listing and sale is worth 1 unit.
