Seller's Property Condition Disclosure Statement (March 2025)
An instruction/Cover Page sheet has been added.
There have been formatting changes and a question added to Solar Panels.
The Addendum mentioned at line 43 of the instruction/cover page is found starting at line 646 of the statement.
Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure (Jan 2025)
Riviera Title has been removed and replaced with Stewart Title.
Buyer/Tenant Agency Forms (October 2024):
Section 3 -Agency Selection has been updated so the client choose all the agency types which may apply.
Section 5 Line 109 through 114 are illuminated. You cannot exclude properties where no compensation is being offered by the seller. The commission is now paid by the buyer, and the seller may or may not agree to contribute to paying the buyers brokerage fees. Therefore, in most cases, line 115, now line 109 will be checked.
Section 17 line 212 has added the words and conditions+ added after the words additional terms.
