Kirn Middle School Orchestra students battled it out at the end of the year in our first annual BEAT BATTLE!

Given specific criteria for the beats created, students took time to create their own music in a DAW, or digital audio workstation, and submit their beat on Google Classroom.

In the final days of school, we started each class listening and voting for our favorite beats. Only after the champions were revealed did the composers reveal themselves as BEAT CHAMPIONS!
