Ms. Sarah Waite
Ms. Waite began her career as Director of Music at CBA in the fall of 1998. As the program director, she is responsible for the growth and development of the department. She shares her passion for music with her fellow faculty and all the young musicians who participate in the program. She holds her Bachelor's in Music Education from Hartwick College & a Master's Degree in Education from the University at Albany.
Mr. Paul Borrello
Mr. Paul Borrello
Mr. Borrello joined the music faculty at CBA in the fall of 2019. He is an educator and professional percussionist who received his bachelor's degree in music industry at the Berklee School of Music. He holds is Master's in Music Education from Boston University.

Mr. Chris Paul
Mr. Chris Paul
A 2011 graduate of CBA, Mr. Paul holds a bachelor's degree and graduate diploma in trombone performance from the Schulich School of Music of McGill University. Mr. Paul performs regularly with ensembles throughout the Capital Region, including the Albany Symphony Orchestra, Albany Pro Music, the Burnt Hills Oratorio Society, and the North Country Jazz Orchestra. Mr. Paul is our brass instructor at CBA.
Mr. Awan Jenkins
Mr. Awan Jenkins
A 2018 graduate of CBA, Mr. Jenkins joined the music faculty at CBA in the fall of 2023. In his early years he was a member of the ESYO Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensembles, as well as the NYSSMA All-State Big Band. More recently he has performed at many well-known jazz clubs in NY such as Birdland, Dizzy’s, Smalls, Ornithology, and also performs in the capital region with various bands. Awan graduated from SUNY Purchase in 2023 and teaches our woodwind lessons at CBA.
