Mrs. Norwood has spent the majority of her life at LFO. She graduated from Lakeview High School in 1972. She began teaching at LFO 34 years ago, and started the volleyball program at LFO the following year. She has loved being the head volleyball coach for the last 33 years. She played volleyball for one year at Berry College, where she earned her B.S. in Psychology/Behavioral Science. She continued her education at West Georgia College with a Masters in Special Education and Administration, and then an Education Specialist's Degree in Special Education, also from West Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys her family. She has been married to Gary for 45 years, and is a proud parent of Sara and Katie. Another role she is proud of is being GiGi to her five grandchildren (Brady, Natalie, Cole, Kinsley, and Mack).
