Coach Adcox is native to the Rossville area and graduated from LFO in 1996. After high school, she began pursuing her undergrad in English from the University of Tennessee. In 2005 she returned to Chattanooga to obtain her Masters in Education from UTC. Coach Adcox began her teaching and coaching career in 2009. She resides in Ringgold, Georgia with her husband Kevin and two children Evan and Riley. 

Coach Bunker is a former Varsity Cheerleader at East Ridge High School. She graduated from East Ridge High in 2010. Her senior year she cheered at East Ridge and started coaching cheerleading at East Ridge Middle School for three years. In the summer of 2012, she accepted a Varsity Cheerleading Coach position at East Ridge High School. She coached for three years at the high school. Coach Bunker has coached Varsity Cheerleading at LFO for five years! She completed her Masters of Education in 2020. She continued to pursue her education and she earned her Specialist of Education in 2021. Coach Bunker teaches first grade at Battlefield Primary School. She currently resides in Fort Oglethorpe with her husband, Sam, her little boy, Luke, and their Parti Poodle, Kai.
