Back to School Night:
Looking forward to seeing all of you on Tuesday night for Back to School Night!
Father David will host a short informational meeting about First Communion and Reconciliation in the Cathedral Hall at 5:30pm on Tuesday, August 19 before Back to School Night. Nicole Helo and Leah Waltz will also be available to answer any questions.
Picture Day:
Reminder that picture day is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20th.

Packets in Take Home Folder:
Any packets that are placed in the clear plastic sleeve are to be brought and returned to school daily. ("HMK" will be homework pages and "EP" are optional extra practice worksheets.) Please do not work ahead in the packets.
The remaining pages in our Wonders Unit 1, Lesson 1 packet are optional extra practice pages. These packets can be kept at home. Your child will recieve a new packet on Monday.

Activity Books:
With our new dismissal times, some kids will have up to 40 minutes extra to wait in the classroom. Please send your child with an activity book to keep in his/her desk.

Mad minute tests will continue this year. Weekly tests will be given on Monday mornings.
Benchmark for each 9 weeks is below:
1st 9 weeks: 25 addition facts
2nd 9 weeks: 30 addition facts
3rd 9 weeks: 12 subtraction facts
4th 9 weeks: 25 subtraction facts
