Campus Leadership Workshop Series (4 days)
Workshop Series
This four-session series strengthens campus leadership teams’ ability to effectively implement structured literacy and HQIM by aligning structures, routines, and leadership practices.
Between September and November 2026, TXRL will provide four full days of professional learning for campus leadership teams. Each day is intentionally designed as a two-part experience.
In Part 1, CA Group leads a three-hour virtual session focused on key leadership concepts and practices. Each morning session culminates in an “afternoon challenge,” a set of targeted tasks and planning protocols that guide teams in applying the learning.
In Part 2, campus leadership teams engage in a structured working session to complete the afternoon challenge using materials provided by CA Group. This design ensures that learning is immediately translated into actionable adjustments to campus systems and leadership practices.
Workshop Format
Part 1 | 9:00am–12:00pm CT (CA Group–Led): CA Group guides campus leadership teams through a focused leadership topic, using frameworks, examples, and tools that support structured literacy and HQIM implementation. Each session concludes with an afternoon challenge that defines the focus of the application work.
Part 2 | 1:00–3:30pm CT (Afternoon Challenge Working Session): Campus leadership teams reconvene to complete the afternoon challenge using the tools and protocols provided by CA Group. District leaders participate alongside campus teams to support and guide the work as teams apply the learning to their specific context. Part 2 is a direct continuation of the morning session, and all materials and guidance are provided by CA Group. You will not need to be online in the ZOOM for Part 2.
Participants
Campus leadership teams should include:
Principal
Assistant Principal(s)
Instructional Coach(es)

District leaders participate for the full day of learning and support campus leadership teams in applying the content.
