TXRL Walkthrough "Look For" Tool (link) 

The TXRL "Look For" Tool is designed for focused classroom walkthroughs that help leaders identify observable evidence of HQIM-aligned structured literacy instruction. It supports  consistent monitoring, coaching, and progress-checking across classrooms, while simultaneously helping leaders deepen their structured-literacy expertise through frequent, aligned observations.

TXRL Implementation Rubric (link)

District and campus leaders can use the TXRL Implementation Rubric to assess the strength of structured literacy implementation across systems and schools, identify gaps, and determine where support is needed. They may revisit it at key checkpoints during the year (e.g., principal meetings or leadership team sessions) to monitor progress and guide strategic planning.
