Explore the RBL Implementation Continuum (RBL-IC) as the RBL instructional framework
Step 1: Watch - Introduction to the RBL Implementation Continuum.
Step 2: Read & explore the RBL Implementation Continuum using the Notice & Wonder protocol.
Step 3: Input Notice & Wonder responses (Facilitators may create polls to capture responses):
What do you notice (about the RBL Implementation Continuum)?
What do you wonder?
Step 1: As you join your breakout room (randomly assigned) navigate to the RBL Pillar Figjam for the room you are in (1 of the 5 pillars). One person in each room capture responses on a copy.
Step 2: Take a moment to individually respond to each of the 2 questions on the RBL Pillar Figjam using the stickies for each response.
Step 3: Once the individuals in your room have completed their RBL Pillar Figjam responses, share your responses aloud with the group. Discuss:
How do you think implementing this pillar will help address the problem/root causes you hope to solve with BL?
What momentum around this pillar is already in place in your context from which you can build?
What are some of the common themes emerging in response to each question?
