- For campus-level participants:
  - Each participant should review the Blended Data Culture Reflection tool and complete the form reflection response
  - Principals: Prior to the session, review the summary of responses for your campus. Be ready to facilitate a discussion about the reflections.
- For district participants:
  - Review the BL Data Culture Reflection tool and any related work you may have contributed to in prior sessions - any such prior work will be linked for your review in the prework on the Google Site.
  - You do not need to complete the reflection. Please note you will be in breakout rooms with one or more of your campuses for the collective discussion during the Design Workshop.

Make a Copy

Option 1: Google Form Template: Data Culture Reflection Tool | Facilitators - make a copy of the Google form for each team, share link and capture responses for campus leader.

Option 2: Individual participants complete the reflection on a "make a copy" version of the Data Culture Reflection Tool and share with campus leader.
