Submit the URL of the front page  of your published digital portfolio using the add link option in the google classroom assignment.

Ensure all folders in your Google Drive  which are inserted in your Digital Portfolio have the correct sharing settings. 

• Click on the Share settings for each folder

• Under General access select Castletroy College

• Under Role select Commenter

• Under SEARCHABLE ensure Must have link to access is selected (This ensures you control who can access you digital portfolio for commenting on files)

• When you share or change permission on a folder, the files and subfolders inside are updated with the new sharing settings. Files added to a folder at a later date will inherit permissions from the folder in addition to any permissions directly added to the files.
