TRAINING PROGRAM + IN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
Training is 7 weeks long and takes place Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Trainees will work out of our high-energy corporate office in Tempe for the full training period.
After training, hybrid schedules may be available. Carvana will continue to assess our abilities for hybrid opportunities.
PTO Requests are not granted during the training program.
All new employees will be required to pass a series of exams with a minimum score of 90%. Don’t worry - we allow for “open book/open note” during exams!

After training, schedules will generally consist of 40 hours per week.
Work hours will flex up during our busy times (Tax Season & Black Friday) with periods of both mandatory + optional overtime. We may also flex hours down due to seasonality.
PTO requests are blocked out during our busy periods.
We are open 7 days per week and most holidays - HELLO holiday pay!
Hours of operation for Verification Advocates are 5:00am - 7:30pm. If scheduled on Sunday, operating hours will be 7:00am - 4:00pm.
Choosing a permanent, post-training schedule takes place when we extend an offer. Schedules will be set and will be the same each week!
