Every 90 days, Customer Care team members are eligible to receive a 50¢ compensation increase. Each department has specific eligibility requirements, and you’ll have monthly meetings with your team lead to ensure you are both aligned with your individual goals and performance. We also take attendance seriously, because our team’s success depends on being here for our customers! To be eligible for merit increases, you have to be in good standing with attendance.
