I attend bi-annual ROP/CTE conferences to improve my teaching skills and understanding.

The Caruthers Unified School District adequately supports instructor’s participation in conferences and training.

I also participate in Law-enforcement "Ride Along" opportunities, to continue my understanding and appreciation for the Law and Public Safety field.
