Hello students, welcome to "Advance Baking" online learning module. This site will serve as a tool and guide in picking the ideal course for you, so that you may all be better equipped. This also allows learners to track participation in terms of location, time, procedure, and progress.
We are presently in the midst of a pandemic and we are unable to stop it. However, education must continue. This course will introduce you to various tools, instruments, appropriate computation, sanitation and hygiene, methods, and techniques. This will also be an opportunity for you to analyze yourself and discover qualities that you need to strengthen and preserve before entering the workforce. So, the topic is divided into four lessons, with their subtopic. Each topic will set of activities that will serve as an assessment and an opportunity for you to put your hidden skills to use.
