Masks that are Not Permitted:
Neck gaiters, Bandanas and masks with a port filter or vent are NOT PERMITTED
Face Shields- Students are permitted to wear a face shield in addition to a cloth face covering.
However, use of the face shield does not negate the need for a cloth face covering.
• All students, staff and visitors are expected to maintain 6 ft. of physical distancing when practicable.
Disposable masks will be provided for students who are in need.
What if my child has a medical exemption that prohibits them from wearing a mask?
Students who have a medical reason why they are unable to wear a mask to school, must provide a signed letter from their healthcare provider that includes: name of the provider, contact information for the provider, diagnosis or other pertinent medical reasoning for why the student is unable to wear a mask and any recommendations for alternative prevention that may be appropriate. In such a situation, district office staff will work with the family to determine what additional precautionary measures may be implemented to protect the student and others on campus.
