Mentorship July Update
We’re excited to share that our company-wide Mentorship Program has officially launched!
Mentor-Mentee pairings have been sent out, and our kickoff event brought great energy and connection. This program was created to foster growth, build relationships, and support career development - especially for team members who are often underrepresented in these spaces.
Mentors will receive ongoing support to build coaching and leadership skills, while mentees are encouraged to set meaningful goals and bring their full selves to the experience.
The enthusiasm for this program reinforces how committed our company is to growing together.
Not in the program? You can still support by:
Celebrating team members participating in mentorship
Reflect on your own mentor/mentee experiences
Watch for open events and future opportunities.
Mentorship is one of the ways we build a more inclusive and connected culture, and this launch is just the beginning of growth.
Thank you to everyone who made it happen! Learn more on the Mentorship BRG Google Site!

Veterans BRG Ruck N Roll
What is a Ruck?
A military ruck, also known as rucking or ruck marching, is a training technique that involves walking or jogging while carrying a weighted backpack, or rucksack, over varying distances and terrains. The term comes from the word "ruck sack," which is a durable backpack designed for carrying equipment.
Why are we doing this?
To build our team's mental and physical strength and resilience along with supporting military veterans in the Denver area.
What will we be doing?
The event will begin and end with breathwork sessions led by John. After breathwork, we will dive right into physical challenges and obstacles all done with your weighted pack on. Bring your competitive spirit and join in on the challenges to push yourself to a next level!

To achieve this goal, the CCB leadership needs to be aware of any instances of inequity, microaggressions, or negative experiences that our team members may be facing. Moreover, for CCB to succeed, we must understand what our team members require from us as leaders and from Cardinal. This is a secure platform where you can express your day-to-day experiences and provide any feedback you may have anonymously. Your voice is crucial for bringing about change.
