We consider it an honor and a privilege to serve as Council Chairs and with our Co-Chairs and Council members to drive transformative change that affects team members across the nation. We continue to uphold our mission statement and aim to make a measurable and meaningful impact on the Cardinal organization by fostering an inclusive work culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. We believe that the unique backgrounds of our team members are what make our organization stronger, as diverse cultures, experiences, and personalities are what lead to diverse thinking and ultimately, innovation.
