HOW IT WORKS
HOW IT WORKS
Built to deliver an unmatched mentorship experience, this program is structured to ensure meaningful connections, expert-level leadership development, and real career impact.
Duration: Now through December 2025
Format: 1:1 mentorship pairings with structured monthly meetings, access to resources, and industry-leading speakers
Commitment: Mentors and mentees will meet at least 1 hour per month (30-min biweekly or 1-hour monthly)
Required Prep Work: Complete the necessary mentorship courses in Cardinal U (details within the application link)
