Utah Assisted Technology Teams

We are a division of Workforce Services/Vocational Rehabilitation.

    • Utah Assistive Technology Teams (UATT) support school LEAs and IEP teams to evaluate, acquire, and manage assistive technology for students with disabilities. We support and coordinate with multi-disciplinary educational and rehabilitation teams to train students, caregivers, educators, and service providers in the use of assistive technology in education and in the major life functions of students with disabilities. UATT's Team M serves the students of Carbon and Emery county. Our purpose is to offer support for a student to meet IEP goals. This may be as simple as providing low tech tools such as a weighted pencil to try, installing a Chromebook extension to help meet an accommodation a student has to have text read to them, or trial use of items such as ACC devices to see if a student can use the device successfully before the school purchases it.

To refer a student with an IEP or 504 for UATT Services, please download and fill out the forms below.
