Who is present (names & student ID numbers)
Discussion of topics
Financial decisions
Voting results
Minutes should:
Be written in complete sentences
Be detailed in discussion items
Be a complete record of the meeting
Be submitted monthly to ASB via Google Form- Club Minutes
For Activity Clubs, on your google form submission, you may skip the Purchase Order and Check Request sections since they do not apply to your club.
