Please go through the Handbook and assessment fee forms, then fill them out the info form below. This form was also sent out in Parent Square. We need these signatures and forms within the first month of school. 

Take a look at the $60 assessment fee page and get that to us within the first month, as well. Feel free to call or email if you have any questions or financial needs regarding this fee. Our Uptempo Fundraiser will help you raise the money for this fee. Or, you can pay by check or cash if you do not wish to participate in the fundraiser.
